Please fill out the application below only if you are placing a deposit and have completed the above forms and mailed to SS Goldendoodles with your non-refundable deposit of $500.
To reserve a puppy on the puppy list, we require you to sign and return the Deposit & Agreement Form, and place a non-refundable Postal Order, cash, or Bank check, of $500 to hold your puppy.
